His work continues to support researchers, legal professionals, policymakers, and grassroots organizations.As the Founder and a member of the Board, Shri Anil Garg provides strategic leadership and legal expertise, guiding the organization in its mission to promote justice, transparency, and the protection of land and forest rights.

Dilip Pandole

Position

Shri Dilip Pandole is a dedicated social activist committed to safeguarding the rights and welfare of Indigenous (Adivasi) communities. With years of grassroots engagement, he has consistently worked to promote social justice, protect tribal rights, and strengthen community empowerment.

Vimal Surana

Shri Vimal Surana is a renowned Chartered Accountant from Betul, Madhya Pradesh, with extensive expertise in finance, taxation, and corporate governance. Alongside his professional career, he is actively involved in social service and community development initiatives.

As a Board Member, he contributes valuable financial insight, strategic guidance, and a strong commitment to ethical governance, supporting the organization’s mission of sustainable development and social impact.

Vivek Mor

Position

Shri Vivek Mor is a legal professional dedicated to advancing justice and protecting the rights of marginalized communities. He has been working closely with Shri Anil Garg on issues related to forest rights, land governance, and land dispute resolution through legal advocacy and research.

raja dhurve

Position

Shri Chandrashekhar Dhurve, popularly known as “Raja” in Betul district, is a dedicated social activist committed to the welfare and empowerment of tribal communities. He serves as the Patron of JAYS (Jai Adivasi Yuva Shakti) in Betul and has been actively involved in advocating for the rights and development of Indigenous communities.

As a Board Member, he brings strong grassroots leadership, community engagement, and a deep commitment to social justice, strengthening the organization’s mission of empowering marginalized communities.

Girish Garg

Shri Girish Garg is a legal professional and social activist dedicated to protecting the rights of Indigenous (Adivasi) communities. Through his legal expertise and community engagement, he has been actively advocating for justice, equality, and the welfare of marginalized groups.

As a Board Member, he contributes valuable legal insight and a strong commitment to advancing the organization’s mission of promoting social justice, human rights, and community empowerment.

Amarsingh Dhurve

Position

Shri Amarsingh Dhurve hails from the village of Pazhar, Ranipur, in Betul district. A dedicated grassroots social activist, he works closely with Indigenous (Adivasi) communities, advocating for their rights, welfare, and access to justice.

As a Board Member, he brings deep community knowledge, firsthand field experience, and an unwavering commitment to empowering tribal communities and advancing the organization’s mission of social justice and inclusive development.

Position

Shri Sarik is a young social worker who actively balances his academic pursuits with grassroots engagement in forest and land rights. Alongside his studies, he contributes to community initiatives and works towards protecting the rights and welfare of Indigenous (Adivasi) communities.

As a Board Member, he brings youthful perspective, dedication, and a strong commitment to social service, supporting the organization’s mission of justice, community empowerment, and sustainable development.

Shri Pratham Bajpai has been actively associated with Buniyad Sanstha for several years, contributing to a wide range of social development initiatives while pursuing his academic studies.
